Scott Sandler – Chief Executive Officer
Born and raised in Southern California, Scott earned a degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
Soon after graduating, Scott joined his family’s residential and commercial real estate firm, Harleigh Sandler Realty, which was one of the preeminent Real Estate firms in Southern California with over 2,000 employees.
Scott created a division called Rodeo Realty that specialized in high-end residential properties.
It is a concept that eventually spread across the United States and is now the standard in larger brokerage firms.
After Merrill Lynch Realty acquired the family firm, Scott was instrumental in negotiating its sale and subsequent
integration. During this period, he also played a principal role in
creating a real estate title company called Equity Title,
which remains active today although Scott has sold his interest in it.
Soon after the sale of the family business, Scott took a position with Drexel Burnham Lambert in equity sales. During his 3-year tenure, he benefited greatly from a deal structuring perspective and eventually contributed to the firm’s corporate finance origination efforts.
After 3 years Scott founded a real estate firm of his own. Leveraging his experience, he enjoyed working with numerous clients, many of which were well-known captains of industry and celebrities.
During this time he also pursued commercial real estate development through out the Southwest.
Scott is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Commercial Property Consultants. He provides valuable insight and strategies in all aspects of the company to help insure
the success of CPC’s Affiliate and clients.
Scott also actively consults for several companies, including Hudson Capital, one of Wall Street’s premiere boutique investment-banking firms based in Los Angeles and New York.
Our Engineers
CPC’s engineers each have careers spanning over 20 years in the real estate, construction and tax arenas. They have developed a unique profile within the cost segregation industry. Over one billion dollars in tax benefits have been realized by commercial property owners who trusted our engineers to perform their cost segregation analysis (CSA). Our engineers have performed and submitted to the IRS over 10,000 CSA’s using the more accurate and detailed complete-takeoff engineering methodology. CPC’s engineers have been involved in the generation of cost segregation studies of almost every conceivable product type and in almost every geographical area within the United States. The IRS oftentimes looks to our engineers to review the work of other firm’s CSA’s to ensure accuracy.
Our engineers are based strategically throughout the United States and work as a team to close deals, analyze properties and perform Cost Segregation studies for our Affiliate’s and their clients. CPC’s engineers strive to perform these functions with the utmost professionalism and expertise.
Natalie Goodin – Director of Strategic Development
Natalie Goodin has an extensive business and sales background. She has worked for fortune 500-corporate America, a small entrepreneurial business and a large-scale healthcare startup company. She graduated from the University of Iowa in 1993, with a B.A. in History.
Early in her career, she joined her family’s firm, Foil Graphics a leader in the graphic finishing industry. Foil Graphics was located in Iowa and concentrated its sales efforts in the Chicago area. She was instrumental in positioning the firm as the “gold-standard,” in the industry. Natalie was the Senior V.P. of Sales and Marketing for Foil Graphics until its closure in 2001.
She built solid long-lasting business relationships in the Chicago metro area. Upon the closure of Foil Graphics, Natalie joined the Cintas Corporation in Chicago. She was recruited to build sales in the Chicago market for a newly acquired division in the Cintas portfolio. Natalie was handpicked by senior management for the new National Account Sales Marketing Committee to develop sales strategies and marketing initiatives. Continuing to strengthen her business and sales career,
Natalie joined Baxter Healthcare in the BioScience division. She successfully drove sales for the CCAT team in the west coast market. During her tenure with Baxter, Natalie was part of two major drug launches. Her continued desire to get back to an entrepreneurial business segment, she joined Bright Now Dental. Natalie was a top account manager in her region. She created many marketing collateral pieces to help gain market share for the BND team. She worked with the Regional Director
of Sales to create the 2005-2006 Marketing Sales Plan Template. Natalie was recruited to join the CPC team, as V.P. of Strategic Business Development in 2006. She will handle sales, marketing and sales training for CPC.
